- We custom manufacture the products once you place the order, and the processing time is 1 – 7 working days
- We ship the product as soon as possible after the processing time from our Europe or US facilities, and the delivery time varies from 7 – 14 working days depending on your location

Return and refund
- As all products are custom made for you, we cannot accept exchanges, returns, or refunds. However, we will refund or replace the product if the product is damaged or there is a mistake on our part. In such case, please send us a proof (e.g., photo of the product)
